Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about your next high-performance surfboard.
How do I determine the right surfboard volume for my skill level?
We recommend using our online Board Selector tool or consulting our volume chart. Factors such as your weight, fitness level, and the type of waves you typically surf will determine the ideal cubic liters for your performance.
What is the typical lead time for a custom surfboard order?
Custom shapes usually take between 6 to 8 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the glassing and current factory demand. You will receive email updates as your board moves through the shaping and glassing bays.
How are surfboards packaged to prevent damage during shipping?
We use heavy-duty, double-walled corrugated boxes and wrap every board in multiple layers of bubble wrap with reinforced nose and tail protection to ensure your board arrives in pristine condition.
Do you offer international shipping for boards and gear?
Yes, we ship to most coastal regions globally. Shipping rates and import duties vary by country and are calculated at checkout. Please note that oversized items like longboards may have specific regional restrictions.
What is your return policy on surfboards and accessories?
Unused accessories in original packaging can be returned within 30 days. However, surfboards are final sale once they have been waxed or taken in the water. If a board arrives damaged from shipping, please contact us within 24 hours.
Can I choose between FCS II and Futures fin plug systems?
Most of our stock boards come with either FCS II or Futures systems. For custom orders, you can specify your preference. Please note that fins are generally sold separately unless stated otherwise.
