At Channel Islands Surfboards, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your equipment. If your purchase doesn't meet your performance needs, you can return or exchange unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Carefully pack your items in their original shipping box, ensuring surfboards are padded adequately and all accessories include their original tags and packaging.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your package over any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the inspection is complete.
